THE sons of the canoeist who came back from the dead are not co- operating with police and have ordered solicitors to be with them during interviews, it has emerged.

Detectives had hoped to question John Darwin's sons, Anthony and Mark, in the next few days but they have told Cleveland police they will only talk with lawyers present.
