A SINGAPORE Airlines jet en route from Frankfurt to New York today made an emergency landing in Manchester after a bomb threat.
The Boeing 747-400 landed safely at 11am without a military escort. A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "Early indications are that it could be a hoax but we cannot confirm that until full checks are carried out."See the full content of this document
