TONY BLAIR is today braced for 10 days of "very difficult" negotiations over his plans to slash the European Union budget.
The draft proposal will see Britain giving up a sizeable chunk of the prized rebate won by Margaret Thatcher 21 years ago. But Britain has warned that other countries will also have to "share the pain" if a deal is to be reached.See the full content of this document
