Sorry, but the Beeb Really Got It Wrong Over New Orleans ; Some Reporting Was Fine, but the Balance of Coverage in the Big Easy Crisis Was Faulty

The reason is simple: many senior Beeb staff believe Bush is mad and bad.

Sometimes that shows just a bit too much, and the coverage of Hurricane Katrina was one such time. In my book, Rupert Murdoch was absolutely right to pass on the extent of the PM's dismay at a top- level media convention in New York.
