THE Hello! deal may be in the bag, but Lembit Opik's forthcoming nuptials with Cheeky Girl Gabriela Irimia have upset her twin sister, Monica. "In our culture, the man must ask the family's permission before proposing Lembit didn't," she complains in Closer magazine (although he did have plenty of time to take lots of photographs and notify the press).
