A CAR driven by a GP mounted a pavement and travelled along it for 80 feet before crushing to death a baby in a pushchair, a court heard today.

Two-month-old Sacha Mason was trapped against a wall and suffered head injuries. He was being pushed by his mother Miriana Weston, 33, who escaped with minor injuries.
