DARREN AMBROSE spoke today about his heartbreak at Charlton's involvement in another relegation battle, writes Ben Hunt.
The midfielder, who joined them from Newcastle in July 2005, experienced relegation from the Premier League in 2007 and they now look set to drop into the third tier of English football.
