The CGI characters are a bit below Pixar standards, but this screen adaptation of the old children's stop-frame animated series is likely to provide a large dose of nostalgia for some, and general amusement for the new kids on the block. Its selling point originally was that it combined cuteness with a drop of political satire, and that remains.
