10% Fall in Cannabis Use Since Law Change

CANNABIS use has slumped by 10 per cent since the Government relaxed the law on the drug, a major survey showed today.

The finding could persuade Home Secretary Charles Clarke to stick with the new, softer rules. He has asked an expert committee to consider whether he should return to the old regime.
